In February we will play at Interpuls - Norway's only festival for minimalist music! The festival was started by the string quartet Quartetto Testosterone and the percussion duo PERCelleh in 2020, and offers modern, accessible classical music and culture in a social and informal setting. The program lies at the intersection of classical, contemporary music and pop, and together with several artistic expressions such as dance, poetry, light and sound art, the festival offers holistic cultural experiences that satisfy all the senses. With popcorn service, open bar, candlelight, short concert sets, a social atmosphere and an intimate concert format, everyone is warmly welcome to Kulturkirken Jakob and Interpuls.

This year's program is diverse and varied, with a dedicated baby concert for the little ones, morning rave(!), yoga concert and a range from intimate solo pieces to powerful ensemble works. Together with the German, award-winning light artist Philipp Geist, Kulturkirken Jakob is transformed into a vibrant space for new and great concert experiences.

Ensemble Allegria will play several sets during the evening on Saturday, February 22, and we look forward to perform with the evening's outstanding soloist Amalie Stalheim again, who this time will play Bulgarian Dobrinnka Tabakova's concerto for cello and strings with us.
